About the Role
We’re hiring a Sr Data Engineer (ClickHouse/Olap) to help build the connectivity brain for the AI-everywhere world — managing massive data pipelines, real-time analytics, and intelligent network infrastructure that powers global systems operating in remote and high-performance environments.
This role is ideal for someone who loves high-speed queries, large-scale datasets, and elegant data architecture. If you’ve worked with multi-terabyte analytics databases, optimized performance at scale, and enjoy collaborating across backend systems, analytics, and product teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and optimize large-scale ClickHouse.
- Design data models and infrastructure focused on speed, reliability, and analytical insights
- Integrate database systems with analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI pipelines
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers working on data infrastructure
- Help shape how data flows across the entire product stack
- Continuously improve query performance, storage efficiency, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, or large-scale data infrastructure
- Deep experience with ClickHouse or similar OLAP / analytical systems such as Druid, DuckDB, or comparable technologies
- Proven experience working with multi-terabyte datasets and distributed data architectures
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and query optimization
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- A builder’s mindset — curious, experimental, and comfortable solving challenging problems
