Overview
This role is for a smart, capable e-commerce generalist—someone who can think broadly, operate strategically, and handle a mix of execution and coordination. This person would support ongoing clients that need attention but don’t require constant senior-level involvement.
Think: a junior version of a seasoned e-commerce operator, not a narrow specialist.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic support layer for existing e-commerce clients
- Think holistically about sites, performance, tooling, and workflows
- Coordinate across Shopify, analytics, marketing, and operations
- Use modern tools (including AI-enabled workflows) to improve efficiency
- Support clients in a consultative, proactive way
- Help keep smaller or less-exciting accounts moving forward smoothly
Requirements
- Broad understanding of e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with Shopify, digital marketing, and analytics concepts
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to self-direct
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients or initiatives
- Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Background in e-commerce strategy or consulting
- Light technical or analytical capability
- Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
