Our Client is a cutting edge startup and innovative company dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences. They are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our product.
About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with up to 4-5 years of experience to join our team. You will primarily focus on building and optimizing our frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Chakra UI, and React-Query. While backend experience with Ruby on Rails and Postgres is a plus, your main contributions will be in frontend development.
Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance UI components using React, TypeScript, and Chakra UI
– Manage state and data fetching efficiently with React-Query
– Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
– Optimize frontend performance, ensuring smooth and scalable applications
– Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability
– Collaborate with the backend team (Ruby on Rails, Postgres) when needed
Requirements
– Up to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
– Strong expertise in React & TypeScript
– Experience with Chakra UI for building UI components
– Familiarity with React-Query for state management and data fetching
– Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate with backend services
– Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
Nice to Have
– Some experience with Ruby on Rails and Postgres
– Familiarity with unit and integration testing for frontend applications
– Experience working in Agile development environments
