ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re hiring a Sr Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus to join a product-focused team building tools for external healthcare providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and more). You’ll own core parts of a React-based application and collaborate closely with product and backend engineers. The team values initiative, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern, performant UIs using React
- Collaborate across functions to design and implement user-facing features
- Integrate with Django/Python-based backend APIs
- Work with multiple repositories and adapt quickly across environments
- Build scalable, user-friendly interfaces with attention to usability and performance
- Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to speed up delivery—but understand and own the code
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building React applications
- Familiarity with backend services, especially Python/Django
- Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React architecture
- Strong attention to detail in UI/UX
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
- Located in Latin America with strong timezone overlap to ET
Nice to have:
- Full stack experience or comfort jumping into backend code
- Experience in healthtech or compliance-focused industries
- Prior work on customer-facing tools for professionals
