What we´re looking for:
Our existing engineering team spans Brazil and India, and we’ve found tremendous success with globally distributed, high-agency contributors. You’ll succeed here if you think clearly, communicate well, and love building polished consumer experiences that make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Core Systems – Design and implement backend services using Python
- Ship User-Focused Features – Own features end-to-end, from wireframe to UI polish, delighting users with tools like personalized meditations and gamified streaks.
- Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with design, marketing, and data science to craft emotionally resonant, scalable features.
- Experiment & Iterate – Incorporate AI APIs (Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) and ship improvements daily.
- Contribute to Culture – Bring your ideas to the table, help shape engineering decisions, and elevate the team through mentorship and curiosity.
