About The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned IT Project Business Analyst to support an innovative Commercial Real Estate technology project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution
What You’ll Do
- Manage moderate to complex IT development projects from initiation through delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality project execution using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and champion process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide clear executive and stakeholder reporting.
- Partner with technical teams to integrate Azure-based solutions and ensure seamless data and system performance.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Technology or related industry is a plus.
Hands-on familiarity with:
- Azure ecosystem: Boards, Data Factory, Functions, OpenAI, Blob Storage, Maps
- Frontend/Backend: Blazor, Telerik, .NET Framework
- Data Management: SQL Server, Snowflake, OneLake
