MuleSoft Developer Location: Remote (Latam Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and consultative MuleSoft Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our integration strategies, leveraging the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to design, build, and deploy robust solutions. You will not only be a technical expert but also a client-facing consultant, working closely with stakeholders to map out requirements, document integration flows, and ensure seamless connectivity across various 3rd-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Development: Leverage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to design, build, test, and deploy integrations, making optimal use of existing connectors and custom configurations.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, document comprehensive integration flows, and architect scalable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with 3rd-party system owners and technical stakeholders to ensure strict alignment on data mapping, authentication protocols, and all required system dependencies.
  • Consultative Leadership: Act as a proactive advisor to clients and internal teams, consistently recommending MuleSoft best practices, optimizing existing architectures, and anticipating potential technical roadblocks.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong commitment to quality, ensuring all integrations are secure, reliable, and performant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Experience: Proven hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, with a progression from foundational to advanced implementations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Highly analytical with a knack for troubleshooting complex integration issues, mapping intricate data dependencies, and finding creative technical solutions.
  • Resourceful & Results-Driven: Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. Self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated to driving tasks to completion efficiently.
  • Consultative Mindset: Track record of guiding clients, recommending solutions, and owning technical outcomes.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; highly communicative and present in daily operations.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Availability: Must be available to work and attend meetings during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Experience working with or integrating into Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
  • Certifications: Active MuleSoft Certification(s) (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 or Level 2, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect).
