About the Position
The Payroll Specialist is an individual contributor role on our Payroll team, focused on administering
international payroll through CloudPay, our third-party payroll processor. You’ll serve as the primary point of
contact with CloudPay, ensuring accurate data flow, running pre-payroll reports, verifying inputs, and reviewing
payrolls before they’re finalized. You’ll also support the Payroll Lead with US and Canada payroll, which makes
up the bulk of our payroll volume. This is a high-volume, process-driven administrative role rather than a
strategic one — accuracy, consistency, and follow-through matter most. You’ll report to the Payroll Lead, with
the reporting line and scope expected to evolve as you ramp up (typically within 6 months, though this can
extend depending on progress).
