About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional software development initiatives from planning through delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and knows how to balance business goals with technical realities.

As the Project Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Clearly communicate status updates, blockers, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Gather project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Maintain documentation, project dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and timelines.
  • Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery speed.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in software or technology environments.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from concept to release.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and lifecycle.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Certification (PMP, CSM, or similar) is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

  • Proactive, organized, and always one step ahead.
  • Comfortable leading teams, managing ambiguity, and navigating changing requirements.
  • Motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes and create structure where needed.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with both clients and internal teams.

What we Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven products
  • PTO, paid holidays & family leave
  • Paid learning + sponsored certifications
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Key technical ownership of core platform infrastructure
  • Fully remote team with async-first collaboration
  • Remote work + office setup allowance
  • Computer Sponsor program
  • Payment in USD
