QA Automation / Customer Success Engineer (Remote)

ABOUT US:

SkilldLabs is a product built from the challenges of our past. Hiring quality talent, working together in the same time-zone, and building cutting edge products at warp speed. We help startups overcome today’s hiring challenges. Today, we have grown into a leading staff augmentation provider of highly skilled teams of nearshore experts.

Our client is an early-stage startup transforming how companies approach testing their software. As experienced builders, we understand the challenges of QA testing firsthand—writing and maintaining test suites is time-consuming, tedious, and diverts valuable engineering resources from building impactful features.

With recent breakthroughs in AI, we’re revolutionizing the QA process. Our AI-driven platform enables companies to describe testing requirements in plain English, automatically generating reliable Playwright tests and maintaining them over time—eliminating the need for manual test writing.

We are a fast-moving, collaborative team that prioritizes practical solutions over perfection, challenges traditional approaches, and builds tools that meaningfully improve developers’ workflows.

  • Use internal tools to create tests and triage test runs (Work with computer-generated code and process it)
  • Configure GitHub CI actions for seamless workflow.
  • Handle Docker containerization for customer environments.
  • Partner with internal teams to refine and enhance our platform based on customer feedback and needs.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing resources, including documentation, tutorials, and FAQs, to ensure seamless adoption of our tools.

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, APIs, and selectors.
