About The Client:
Our client is a creative talent management and influencer agency that manages campaigns, partnerships, and contract operations for leading brands and creators. They’ve built our internal operations around QuickBase as their central contract management system and Copper CRM for sales and talent management. They’re looking to optimize these systems, streamline workflows, and improve the user experience for their growing global team.
The Role:
We’re seeking a QuickBase Developer with strong technical and workflow optimization skills to help enhance and maintain the internal tools ecosystem. This person will work closely with the leadership team to improve dashboards, automate processes, manage integrations between QuickBase and Copper, and handle day-to-day administration within QuickBase. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable bridging technical and business goals—helping build cleaner, faster, and more insightful systems that empower the team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, optimize, and expand our QuickBase platform used for contract and project management.
- Improve QuickBase dashboards and reports for better data visualization and team insights.
- Manage integrations between QuickBase and Copper CRM, ensuring data accuracy and automation of workflows.
- Handle ongoing administrative tasks (permissions, access management, updates, and configurations).
- Identify opportunities to streamline tools and potentially consolidate systems to reduce redundancy.
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical improvements.
- Ensure system uptime, data quality, and usability across all user groups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with QuickBase (development, configuration, automation, reporting).
- Solid understanding of software integrations and workflow design.
- Experience with JavaScript (QuickBase is built on JS and uses it for advanced scripting/customization).
- Familiarity with Copper CRM or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Availability to collaborate within U.S. time zones.
- Based in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, or similar regions preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Gmail or G Suite integrations.
- UI/UX awareness—understanding how to make dashboards and tools more intuitive for non-technical users.
- Prior experience working with startups or small, fast-moving teams.
