OVERVIEW:
We’re partnering with a U.S.-based company to build a small, high-impact engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage project and have a direct influence on the product and tech stack. We’re looking for experienced software developers with strong React and AWS expertise, ideally at a mid or senior level.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can contribute across the product lifecycle—from feature design to production deployment—while collaborating with a remote team and interfacing with U.S. stakeholders.
WHAT YOU´LL DO:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React and AWS
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to ship features and enhancements
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern best practices
- Participate in architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions
- Troubleshoot issues and debug applications in production environments
- Work across time zones with a distributed, remote-first team
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proven experience working with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD workflows
- Experience in agile or fast-paced product development environments
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with backend development (Node.js or similar)
- Previous experience working directly with U.S.-based teams or clients
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices or working in a startup-like environment
