We are expanding rapidly and seeking experienced, disciplined Sales Development Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced outbound environment and can handle a high daily call volume while maintaining quality conversations.
Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing SDRs with experience in outbound calling—ideally within SaaS or technology—and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. This position is almost 100% cold calling. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to quickly understand different client value propositions.
SDRs will use advanced dialer technology (Orum, Nooks, or PhoneBurner) to execute high-volume parallel dialing—up to 800 calls per day.
You may be assigned to up to four clients depending on performance and call quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to enterprise and mid-market prospects.
- Clearly communicate each client’s value proposition and handle objections effectively.
- Qualify prospects and schedule attended meetings for clients.
- Maintain organized call notes, dispositions, and follow-up tasks within assigned dialer and CRM tools.
- Manage workload across multiple client accounts (1–4 depending on experience and performance).
- Achieve monthly quotas for meetings booked and meetings attended.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging, scripts, and outbound strategy.
- Use dialer platforms (Orum, Nooks, PhoneBurner) to maximize efficiency and connection rates.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Strong English fluency (near-native).
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, call center, or SDR roles.
- Experience cold calling U.S.-based prospects.
- Ability to handle a very high outbound volume (600–800 calls/day).
- Comfortable working with scripts, objection handling, and structured call flows.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales is highly preferred.
- Located in Latin America with stable home internet and ability to work U.S. hours.
- Ability to operate as a contractor via Deel.
Compensation Structure
Base:
$1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience and number of client assignments.
Bonuses:
- $250 monthly bonus per account (for renewals).
- $25 per attended meeting (typically 10+ per month).
- Realistic OTE: $3,000–$3,250/month.
Candidates with stronger SaaS outbound experience may be eligible for higher base compensation (up to $2,500).
