Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI-Enabled DevOps Automation Engineer to help modernize the software development lifecycle by incorporating AI and automation across CI/CD, testing, deployment, and engineering workflows. This role will focus on improving engineering velocity, operational efficiency, and development processes by introducing AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure
- Experience implementing modern CI/CD and engineering automation
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Experience supporting distributed engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle optimization
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven improvements across the SDLC
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes through automation
- Introduce AI tools for code generation, testing, code review, and debugging
- Improve observability, deployment processes, and engineering productivity
- Partner with engineering leadership to modernize development workflows
- Develop repeatable processes and frameworks that distributed engineering teams can follow
- Identify areas where automation can eliminate manual engineering effort
