The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our core product team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the foundation of our frontend architecture, design intuitive user experiences, and ship meaningful features used daily by customers. You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to build elegant, performant web interfaces that bring AI-driven functionality to life.
We move fast, ship often, and value quality — we’re looking for someone who can match that pace, own major parts of the product, and take pride in clean, scalable code.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement core frontend architecture using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Build scalable UI components and design systems for key product areas (CRM, Inbox, Campaigns, Automations)
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend systems (FastAPI, Postgres)
- Develop new AI-powered product experiences and streamline existing workflows
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
- Contribute to product direction, technical strategy, and overall UX consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on frontend development
- Deep expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling, architecture, and performance optimization
- Proven experience building polished, data-driven interfaces at scale
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end — from design collaboration through deployment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with backend systems (Python/FastAPI, Postgres) is a plus
