Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design and build scalable modern applications. This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with deep experience in React, Node.js, Golang, and Kubernetes.
The ideal candidate has a strong architectural mindset, can collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data teams, and is passionate about building high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate and deliver software solutions
- Design and implement scalable client-side and server-side architectures
- Build modern front-end applications with high-quality UI and responsive design
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services
- Test software to ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems
- Implement security best practices and data protection mechanisms
- Develop mobile-responsive features and applications
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to enhance product capabilities and data integrations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- 8–12 years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Golang
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js
- 5+ years of experience with React.js
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience developing desktop and mobile-responsive applications
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and/or MongoDB
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Working knowledge of the networking domain
- Experience working with ClickHouse (DBMS), column-oriented analytical database designed for very fast querying of large datasets.
