ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sr. IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of engineering talent searches and provide excellent partnership to clients when needed.
  • Provide valuable talent insights to help clients better define and align their needs with the candidate market.
  • Partner with the research team and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit specialized candidates, with a focus on developing high-quality, diverse talent pipelines.
  • Manage the candidate search process from start to finish (e.g., identifying qualified talent, managing client relationships, engaging candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, among others).
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the software industry
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team work environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
