Role
We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist with 3+ years of experience to support our fast-paced environment. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Intune for PCs, and Jamf for Macs. This role offers 24x7x365 coverage and on-call responsibilities, providing a great opportunity to grow in end-user technology administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Provide exceptional support for Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira, addressing common IT issues and user requests.
  • User Account Management: Administer Microsoft accounts (password resets, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management).
  • Device Management: Troubleshoot and manage Windows PCs (via Intune) and Macs (via Jamf).
  • Network Management: Support network troubleshooting using the Nial platform.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support during off-hours.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Work with IT teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry technologies (M365, Adobe, etc.) and seek professional growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a service desk or help desk role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (AD, SSO, MFA, user management), Intune, Jamf, and familiarity with Adobe and Jira.
  • Troubleshooting: Proficient in resolving common IT issues and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Documentation: Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Certifications: IT support or related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA) are a plus but not required.
  • Additional Skills: Passion for music and familiarity with the music industry is highly desirable.
  • Location: Based in London or Melbourne
