Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and Instagram. This role will focus on creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who understands modern social media trends, is highly comfortable with digital tools and AI-assisted content workflows, and enjoys experimenting with content formats to see what performs best.
This is a hands-on execution role, where you will be responsible for the full content lifecycle — from ideation to publishing and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging written, visual, and short-form video content tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop posts that drive engagement, shares, comments, and audience growth.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling-driven posts.
- Design simple graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/short clips).
- Repurpose existing content into multiple social formats.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Monitor comments and engagement where appropriate.
- Identify trends and incorporate them into content strategy.
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Generate ongoing content ideas aligned with company messaging.
- Turn internal insights, conversations, and business updates into engaging posts.
- Experiment with different formats including:
- Educational content
- Industry commentary
- Founder / leadership posts
- Thought leadership
- Short-form storytelling
Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance and engagement metrics.
- Identify what content performs best and optimize future posts accordingly.
- Run small experiments to test formats, messaging, and timing.
Tools & Workflow
- Utilize modern tools for content creation and scheduling.
- Leverage AI tools for brainstorming, editing, and production efficiency.
- Maintain a simple internal content calendar.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience creating content for LinkedIn and/or Instagram.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Strong writing and storytelling ability.
- Ability to create simple but engaging visuals using tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Express
- Figma (bonus)
- Basic short-form video editing skills.
- Highly comfortable using modern digital and AI tools.
Platform Knowledge
Understanding of:
- LinkedIn engagement mechanics
- Instagram formats (posts, reels, carousels)
- Social media trends and algorithms

- Highly organized and self-directed
