About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of high-performance software systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, guiding engineering teams while shaping architecture and technology strategy.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Golang, Node.js, and TypeScript, along with strong expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, leading engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design of applications and ensure alignment with product and business goals.
- Drive technology stack selection based on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and deployment.
- Ensure seamless system integration and delivery through CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Conduct architectural reviews and guide long-term technical strategy.
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate work across the team to ensure efficient delivery timelines.
- Support team growth and upskilling, encouraging adoption of modern tools and technologies.
Architecture & Development
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Golang and Node.js.
- Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code across backend and frontend applications.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure applications are highly available, resilient, and fault tolerant through thoughtful architectural design.
Process & Delivery
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct technical risk assessments for new systems, releases, and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Golang, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure
- Database experience with SQL systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Leadership & Management
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams
- Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing serverless architectures

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
