ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking an experienced Workday PSA Lead to join a high-impact implementation team delivering Workday Financials and PSA solutions to a global client. This is a senior-level consulting role where you’ll lead solution design, manage delivery, and provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is based in the Americas or can work CST hours effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Workday PSA solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability building across delivery teams
- Participate in business development and pre-sales activities, including effort estimation
- Support internal operations such as resource planning and SLA adherence
- Contribute to thought leadership through content creation or speaking engagements
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support individual career growth
- Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and contribute to recruitment and team scaling initiatives
- Ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with commercial goals
- Travel as needed based on client requirements
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Workday PSA implementations
- Strong consulting background with experience running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen with experience in managing delivery risk and client expectations
- Track record of successful delivery in fast-paced
- Active involvement in the Workday ecosystem and a passion for innovation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA or similar)
- Experience leading teams or developing service offerings
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow consulting talent
