About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to support the optimization and enhancement of a recently implemented Workday Recruiting environment. This consultant will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate existing business processes, recommend improvements, configure solutions, and implement best practices that increase automation and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration, understands how to redesign recruiting workflows, and can confidently advise stakeholders on functional design decisions. This is a highly consultative role where success comes from combining strong technical configuration skills with the ability to influence business partners and recommend better ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing Workday Recruiting business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase automation and efficiency
- Configure Workday Recruiting solutions aligned to best practices
- Advise Talent Acquisition stakeholders on functional design decisions
- Redesign recruiting workflows to improve the overall candidate and recruiter experience
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Qualifications
Required:
- 4-6+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
- Strong Workday Recruiting configuration experience
- Experience optimizing and redesigning Workday Recruiting business processes
- Full lifecycle Workday Recruiting implementation experience
- Experience providing functional consulting and solution design
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Experience improving recruiting automation and efficiencies
- Workday Pro Recruiting Certification (preferred; strong candidates without it will still be considered)
