How these numbers are built
We would rather show the working than ask you to trust a number.
- US figures are base-salary benchmarks for 2026 compiled from public salary data. They exclude employer taxes, benefits and overhead, which typically add a further 30–40% to the true cost of a US hire. That makes the comparison conservative.
- Our figures apply a 49–54% saving against those US benchmarks, calibrated against what we actually charge for a senior React engineer. They are all-in: salary, payroll, benefits and local compliance are included. There is no separate placement fee.
- What moves the number: country, specific stack, seniority within a band, and how quickly you need someone. A firm quote takes one call.
- What we do not do: charge upfront, require a minimum contract, or ask for exclusivity. If a placement is wrong we replace at no cost, typically within 5–10 business days.
